We offer 2 flexible hiring models to suit your needs:
Hire remote developers on-demand and Pay by the hour – we’ll take care of everything—from hiring and managing to paying and equipping your remote developers, with quick turnaround on profiles within 48 hours and placements within 7 days.
Hire full-time remote employees using our Employer of Record (EOR) model
– we handle recruitment, payroll, benefits, invoicing, HR, IT Admin, compliance, and performance monitoring. Need equipment or collaborative workspaces? We’ve got that covered too.
Our platform offers the flexibility to switch from the on-demand model to the EOR model at any time. This means you can start with a few developers to test the waters in a new market, and if satisfied with their performance, transition them into full-time employees. Our Story
Founded in Seattle, Washington, in Feb 2012, eDev was born out of the challenges faced by startups & small businesses to find high-quality developers efficiently and economically. Our founder, Sherwyn Soff, experienced firsthand the limitations of traditional hiring methods, including the scarcity of local talent, lengthy recruitment processes, and the frequent delivery of subpar talent and software through consulting firms at high costs. Hiring locally was often expensive, and experienced developers were reluctant to join a bootstrapped startup.
Recognizing the need for a more efficient and cost-effective solution, Sherwyn created eDev to empower tech companies with access to top-tier remote developers.
